1. Who we are

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations and stays at Hotel Lirak, Bulevard Iliria 10, 1200 Tetovo, North Macedonia ("the Hotel", "we"). By making a reservation through lirakhotel.mk, our mobile app, by phone or in person, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation with a reference number. Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The Hotel may refuse or cancel bookings made with manifestly incorrect prices caused by a technical error; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

• The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
• Room occupancy must not exceed the stated maximum for the room type.
• Special requests (early check-in, cots, allergies) are noted but not guaranteed until confirmed by the Hotel.

3. Rates and payment

We offer flexible and non-refundable rates. The conditions of the rate you selected are shown before you confirm and in your confirmation. Payment is made either securely online by card, or at the hotel on arrival, depending on the option chosen at checkout. Online card payments are processed by Stripe; the Hotel does not store your card details.

4. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation rules depend on the rate you booked and are displayed at the time of booking and in your confirmation. Unless your rate states otherwise:

• Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until the cut-off shown in your booking terms.
• Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• In case of a no-show, the amount defined by your rate's cancellation policy is charged.

You can cancel eligible bookings from the "My booking" page using your reference and email.

5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 14:00; check-out is until 11:30. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for all guests, as required by law. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a fee.

6. House rules

• All indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking in rooms incurs a cleaning fee.
• Quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 07:00.
• Guests are liable for damage to hotel property caused by them or their visitors.
• The Hotel may end a stay without refund in case of serious breach of these rules or unlawful behaviour.

7. Liability

The Hotel is liable for direct damages caused by its negligence within the limits of applicable law. We are not liable for valuables not deposited in the in-room safe, for events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Restaurant, sauna, events and other services

Table reservations, sauna bookings, event tickets and venue enquiries are subject to the specific conditions communicated for each service. Where a service is prepaid, the cancellation terms shown at the time of booking apply.

9. Complaints and disputes

Please raise any issue during your stay at reception so we can resolve it immediately, or write to no-reply@lirakhotel.mk. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia; the courts of Tetovo have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
